All our products are digital downloads delivered instantly. Once access is granted the purchase is final, and no refunds, returns or exchanges are provided.
1. No refunds on digital products
The Brown Skin Style Guide and the optional Indian Wedding & Festive Lookbook are downloadable files delivered and consumed immediately after payment, so they cannot be returned. All sales are final and non refundable. This applies to the main guide and to any add on purchased at checkout.

2. Cancellations
Access is granted instantly after a successful payment, so an order cannot be cancelled once payment is completed. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges, so there is nothing to cancel later.
3. Failed payments and duplicate charges
If money was debited but you did not receive access, or you were charged twice for the same order because of a technical error, write to harishree943@gmail.com with your payment ID. After verification with the payment gateway, the duplicate or wrongly captured amount is refunded to the original payment method. Such refunds are initiated within 2 business days of verification and usually reflect within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
4. Delivery problems
If your payment succeeded but the download did not open, we resend your access on priority. A delivery issue is always resolved by re sending access, not by a refund.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank so we can resolve the issue directly. Access may be revoked while a chargeback is open.
