These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://live.styleguide.in and your purchase of digital products from Sawan (Sole Proprietor), operating as The Brown Skin Style Guide. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Products
We sell digital ebooks and guides delivered as downloadable files. The Brown Skin Style Guide is priced at ₹197 and the optional Indian Wedding & Festive Lookbook add on at ₹149. All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices or run promotions at any time; the price shown at the moment of purchase applies to your order.
2. Payments
Payments are processed by third party gateways including Razorpay and Instamojo, which support UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets. We never receive or store your card, UPI PIN or banking credentials. Orders are fulfilled only after the gateway confirms a successful payment.
3. Delivery
Access is granted immediately after successful payment on the thank you page, and order details are also sent to the email and phone number you provide. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.
4. Refunds
All purchases are digital and final. We do not provide refunds, returns or exchanges once access has been granted. Duplicate or wrongly captured payments are reversed after verification. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
5. Licence and intellectual property
On purchase you receive a personal, non transferable, non exclusive licence to read and use the guide for your own use. All content, text, images, layout and branding remain our intellectual property. You may not:
- resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the files;
- share download links or copies publicly or in groups;
- reproduce the content in your own paid or free products; or
- remove or alter any copyright notices.
Violation terminates your licence without a refund.
6. No guaranteed outcomes
Our guides are educational and provide style and grooming information only. They are not medical, dermatological, financial or professional advice. Results depend on your own application and personal circumstances, and we make no guarantee of any specific outcome.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate details at checkout, not to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, and not to use the website for unlawful purposes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Third party links
Our guides and site may link to third party websites or brands. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, pricing or availability.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Sonipat, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
